Craniosacral Therapy

MAMAssage Prenatal
Specialized care for the prenatal Diosa/x. Gentle stress-relief where you need it most and relaxation to support your changing body and prepare for birth.

Salt & Sound Holistic Massage

REIKI Massage

HARA Treatment
Based on a traditional castor oil pack, this treatment helps to reset your systems & honor your powerful self. Castor oil infused with calming herbs and abdominal massage warms your Hara (abdomen) along with gentle lymphatic and blissful scalp and neck massage. Helps to boost circulation, improve digestion, balance hormones and help with liver detox in a very relaxing way.

CALM Herbal Wrap + Massage
Be immersed in the calming, gentle powers of flowers and magnesium, wrapped gently in warm herb-infused linens while on an infrared mat. Customized massage and wrap treatment can include reiki or gentle sound healing.
90 mins- $150
Sacred Earth Mud Treatment
Grounding, detoxifying and deeply beneficial for pain and inflammation. In this treatment, the whole back receives a coating of high-mineral, natural, healing mud. Far-infrared heat from the table Biomat adds to the effects. After relaxing with the therapeutic mud, it will be removed completely~ don’t worry, you will leave clean and mud free!
Mud treatment is followed by massage for lasting relief.
60 mins- includes mud and massage of head, neck and extremities only. $125

Limpia + Sobada
Cleanse your body, mind & spirit. This treatment addresses the Issues and energies on a physical level as well, with intentional bodywork to accompany your Limpa Session. Spiritual, energetic and physical cleansing can include herbal sweeping, infused oils and waters, sound healing and more. 90 mins $150
Ventosas
Traditional fire cupping session to release deep tension, move stagnation and boost circulation. Back treatment and therapeutic massage with eucaluptus-infused oil. 30 mins solo treatment: $75 | add-on $40
Every session is personalized to your needs. Some of the modalities I draw from include: swedish massage, deep tissue, hawaiian lomi lomi, acupressure & tui na, structural integration, myofascial release, polarity therapy and craniosacral. As I am also an experienced reiki/energy healing practitioner, this work can be incorporated into your session by request. I use organic massage oils and essential oils.
